Minimum Order:  $ 100.00  (Orders less than $ 100.00 are subject to a $15.00 service fee.)

Terms:  Visa, Master Card, American Express, Net 30 days, with credit approval.  C.C.Steven reserves the right to assess a service charge of 1% per month on all invoices unpaid after 30 days.

International Terms:   Wire transfer of funds prior to shipment.  All International shipments made freight collect only.

Wire Transfer Fee:  A $ 40.00 wire transfer fee will be charged on all wire transfer transactions.

Credit Hold:  Any unpaid invoice will be considered past due 30 days from the date of the invoice.  New orders will not be shipped until past due invoices are paid.

Partial Shipments:  Partial shipments can be made unless the order specifies that the order is to ship complete.

Shipping Charges:  All shipments are FOB FACTORY.  Customer is therefore responsible for both shipping charges and damage of goods in transit.  Shipments will normally be shipped FedEx Ground or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.    C.C.Steven will prepay freight charges and the cost of freight will be added to each invoice unless otherwise specified.  For non-FedEx / UPS shipments or shipments other than ground service, customer must specify a freight carrier at time of order, and the order will be shipped freight collect or third party billing.

Damage Claims:  Customer holds title to the goods once C.C.Steven has delivered them to the carrier, and is therefore responsible for settling all damage or loss claims with the carriers.  C.C.Steven will assist customers in any reasonable manner to establish damage claims with common carriers.

Returns:  Standard products may be returned for credit by Customer by obtaining a return material authorization number (RMA#) from C.C.Steven.  No RMAs will be issued after 60 days of shipping.  A 25% restocking charge will apply to product returned in like new condition within 30 days of shipping.  A 40% restocking charge will apply to product returned after 30 days and prior to 60 days and in like new condition.  The RMA# must appear on the outside of the returned cartons, and C.C.Steven reserves the right to refuse all return shipments which do not bear the RMA number or which are shipped freight collect.

Custom Products:  Custom orders may require 50% payment with order and 50% upon shipment.  In placing a purchase order with C.C.Steven for a custom item the customer agrees that, if the order is canceled before shipment, the customer will pay any expenses incurred by the manufacturer in producing the product up to the date of cancellation. Cancellation notice to C.C.Steven must be in writing.  Once custom manufactured items are shipped, they are not returnable for credit. 

Quality:  The products we sell are made by leading manufacturers with established reputations for quality of workmanship.  All manufacturers warranties are passed on to you.

Pricing:  Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Unless otherwise stated, all prices are NET and F.O.B. factory.  We offer quantity discounts on most products, and extra discounts may be available on larger quantities.
